Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, make address updates, style, or size changes.
⁃ Please double check that the address provided by you at checkout is correct. Chim will not issue any refunds or exchange of products for any orders that have incorrect address or contact information.

Orders once placed are not refunded. We do understand that sometimes a garment may not fit you the way you had imagined, and in case of that, we do provide size exchanges and store credit if you inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
⁃ Store credit (which will be valid for a year) is in the form of
Gift cards. Once the store credit is received it can be redeemed for your purchase of choice.
⁃ Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
