PLEASE NOTE

CHIM follows a strict no-refund policy. However, we do offer size exchange and return for store credit options.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please inform us within 24 hours. After this time, we will not be able to raise or resolve the issue with our courier partners.

CHIM reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.

Requests for return or exchange will not be accepted after 24 hours of the order being delivered.
STEPS FOR SIZE EXCHANGE
It takes just 4 simple steps to exchange the size of a product:
Step 1:
Visit the “Return / Exchange” section at the bottom of our website https://chimgoa.com/
OR email us at chimshop@gmail.com
Step 2:
Click on the “Exchange Now” button.
Step 3:
Fill in the required details and complete the payment. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
Step 4:
Once the returned product is received and verified, the exchanged product will be shipped to you.
🔹 Reverse pickup shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.
🔹 Exchange shipment will be sent only once. Any additional exchange requests will incur extra charges.
STEPS FOR RETURN (STORE CREDIT)
You can return a product for store credit by following these steps:
Step 1:
Go to the “Return / Exchange” section at the bottom of our website
OR email us at chimshop@gmail.com
Step 2:
Fill in the required details such as Order Number and Reason for Return.
Step 3:
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
Step 4:
Once the return is processed, store credit will be emailed to you.
🔹 Returned items must be in unused, original condition, with original packaging, tags, and dust bags intact.
🔹 Products received in unsaleable condition will be sent back to the customer.
🔹 Reverse pickup shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
🔹 Store credit issued will be valid for 1 year and can be used to purchase any product of your choice from CHIM.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective item
-
The wrong product
Please contact us immediately with clear photos/videos so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
✔ In such cases, CHIM will arrange for the product to be collected.
✔ Faulty items can only be replaced with the same product (no style change).
